Ingredients

  • 1 large banana
  • 500 ml skim milk
  • 2 egg whites (Make 2 holes on both ends of the eggs and blow the egg whites out only.)
  • 2 tablespoons any type oats
  • 1 teaspoon honey (for flavour)

Directions

    Break banana in to smaller bits, and add to blender.

    Add 500ml of milk to blender.

    (optional) Add 1 t of honey for taste.

    Mix it in the blender.

    Add the egg whites and blend until smooth
