  • 1 pie shell with crust to cover
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 2 (7.5 oz.) tins minced clams
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. clam liquor
  • salt and pepper

    Combine all ingredients and pour into a deep pie shell.

    Cover with upper crust and pierce top crust with a fork.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
