- 2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. prune juice (from cooked prunes)
- 1 lb. prunes, cooked, pitted and cut into small pieces
Directions

6Combine dry ingredients.

8dry ingredients and prune juice until it is all used up.

9Add prunes and nuts and beat until smooth. Fill 8 empty

10soup cans half full and bake in 350° oven for 1 hour. Easy to take out of can; slice and serve.
