- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 28 or 1 3/4 c. chopped prunes
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 c. orange juice
- 2 large eggs
Directions

1Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.

2Process prunes in boiling water in blender or processor 10 seconds.

3Add sugar and eggs, process 1 minute.

4Add oil and process one minute.

5Add orange juice and flour; beat well.

6Bake 1 hour until brown.

7Cool before removing from pans.

8(1 1/2 inch slice = 92 calories.
