  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 small jars junior prunes (No. 2, 4 oz.)

Directions

    Sift the first four ingredients. Blend the remaining ingredients and add to the flour mixture. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Cover the last 15 minutes.
