- 2 c. diced prunes
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. soda
- 3/4 c. yogurt
- 1 tsp. lemon peel
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla.

2Add eggs, 1 at a time. Add dry ingredients and then add the yogurt, diced prunes, lemon peel and nuts.

3Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.
