- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 large Cool Whip
- 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
- 2 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1In mixer blend flour, stick butter and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

2Let cool.

3In mixer beat together 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and 1/2 large Cool Whip.

4Spread over crust.

5Mix together 1 package chocolate pudding, 1 package butterscotch pudding and 2 1/2 cups milk.

6Spread over last layer.

7Top with rest of Cool Whip and some nuts.
