  • 2 pkg. instant pecan pudding or your favorite flavor
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and make into small balls or drop from spoon.

    Flatten with glass dipped in sugar.

    Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.

    Do not grease cookie sheet.
