- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 egg
- 1 small pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients until dough forms a ball. Shape dough by teaspoonfuls into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Dip glass into sugar and flatten balls. Bake about 8 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen cookies.
