Directions

   Boil together water and butter, then add flour.

   Blend and cool for 10 minutes.

   Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.

   Spread on a greased jelly roll pan but don't go to the edges.

   It spreads during baking.

   Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.

   Leave cool, then press down.
