Ingredients

  • 1 c. finely ground pecans
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant pudding (1 vanilla and 1 butter pecan or 2 chocolate)
  • 3 c. cold milk
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 large pkg. cream cheese

Directions

    Combine first 3 ingredients; press into glass pie dish and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Cool thoroughly.

    Prepare pudding mix with milk and chill.

    Combine remaining ingredients and beat thoroughly.

    Spread on cooled pie shell and add pudding mixture. Use rest of Cool Whip in container to spread over top.
