- 1 (13 oz.) carton Cool Whip
- 3 c. milk
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 boxes instant butterscotch pudding
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
Directions

1Melt 1 stick butter or margarine.
