  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (13 oz.) carton Cool Whip
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 boxes instant butterscotch pudding
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped

Directions

    Melt 1 stick butter or margarine.

    Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts and the flour.

    Mix together; press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
