Pudding Fruit Salad

  • 1 small box sugar-free vanilla pudding (instant)
  • 3 Tbsp. Tang
  • 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits (chunks)
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges
  • 3 kiwi fruit, peeled and cubed
  • grapes and fresh strawberries, halved or quartered (optional)

Directions

    Drain juices from pineapple and mandarin oranges into large bowl.

    Add instant pudding and Tang.

    Stir until smooth.

    Add bananas, kiwi fruit, pineapple, oranges, grapes and strawberries. Mix well and chill.

    Will keep up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
