- 2 lb. link sausage, cubed and cooked
- 8 to 12 slices bread, crust removed
- 3/4 lb. grated cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Layer bread, then sausage and cheese and again and again in 8 x 12-inch pan.

2Mix 4 eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt.

3Pour over layers and top with cheese.

4Let set overnight in refrigerator. Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1 can water; pour over entire pan.

5Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
