  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 10-12 oz. tubes of refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. fennel seed
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano

Directions

    In a skillet, saute the garlic in the butter and set aside. Separate the biscuits and place half of them in an even layer in a greased 9 inch springform pan.

    Brush them with the garlic/butter mixture, and sprinkle with half of the cheese.

    Combine the herbs and sprinkle half of them over the biscuits.

    Repeat.

    Place the pan on a baking sheet and bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

    Remove from pan and serve warm.
