- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 10-12 oz. tubes of refrigerated biscuits
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. fennel seed
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
Directions

1In a skillet, saute the garlic in the butter and set aside. Separate the biscuits and place half of them in an even layer in a greased 9 inch springform pan.

2Brush them with the garlic/butter mixture, and sprinkle with half of the cheese.

3Combine the herbs and sprinkle half of them over the biscuits.

4Repeat.

5Place the pan on a baking sheet and bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

6Remove from pan and serve warm.
