- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 envelope yeast
- 7 or more whole cardamom pods
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs at room temperature, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 1/2 to 5 cups flour

If you toast them first, they will be easier to open.","4":"Cool scalded milk down to 105-115 degrees. Whisk yeast with a pinch of sugar into warm water in a large bowl and let stand about five minutes or until dissolved. Add milk, eggs, salt, sugar, cardamom, and two cups of flour.
