- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp sage
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp oil
- 8 lb pork shoulder butt
Directions

1mix dry and wet ingredients together in crock pot

2place pork shoulder in crock on low for 8 hours to cook

3after pork falls off bone remove from crock and discard water

4put pork in deep flat bottom cooking tray and shred with tongs or butcher knife

5once shredded to satisfaction place on large roll and top With favorite BBQ sauce
