  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 (21 ounce) bottleof hunt's hickory barbecue sauce
  • 2 -3 lbs pork shoulder, country style ribs boneless

Directions

    Trim fat from Pork.

    Put a thin layer of ribs on the bottom of the Crockpot and stack evenly.

    Add Salt and Pepper to Pork.

    Slice Onion into medium chunks/pieces and put on top of Pork.

    Pour in favorite BBQ sauce (20 - 21 oz).

    Fill BBQ sauce bottle 75% with water and dump in Crock Pot.

    Ad 1 Tbsp of garlic and stir slightly.

    Cook for 5-6 hours on high or until meat is cooked.
