- 1 medium onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1 (21 ounce) bottleof hunt's hickory barbecue sauce
- 2 -3 lbs pork shoulder, country style ribs boneless
Directions

1Trim fat from Pork.

2Put a thin layer of ribs on the bottom of the Crockpot and stack evenly.

3Add Salt and Pepper to Pork.

4Slice Onion into medium chunks/pieces and put on top of Pork.

5Pour in favorite BBQ sauce (20 - 21 oz).

6Fill BBQ sauce bottle 75% with water and dump in Crock Pot.

7Ad 1 Tbsp of garlic and stir slightly.

8Cook for 5-6 hours on high or until meat is cooked.
