  • 2 1/2 lb Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bottle Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs brown sugar

Directions

    Place tenderloin in crock pot and cook (w/out liquid) 6 hours on high.

    Cool and pull apart with fingers or a fork.

    Drain juice from crock pot.
  4. 4
    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.

    Cook 2 more hours on high.
  6. 6
    Serve on Rolls.
