Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 small can Milnot
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Blend dry ingredients.

    Set aside.

    Mix other ingredients, except nuts.

    Blend dry and wet ingredients well.

    Add nuts, saving 1/4 cup to sprinkle on top of frosting, if desired.

    Bake in an ungreased 11 x 17 x 1-inch baking pan at 350° for 25 minutes.

    Cool on rack.

    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
