- 5 Tbsp. soy flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2/3 c. honey
- 1 egg
- 1 c. cooked pumpkin
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c. chopped raisins
- 1/2 c. chopped dates
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients.

2Separately, cream butter and honey; beat in egg until mixture is smooth.

3Stir in pumpkin.

4Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture, stir in nuts and dried fruits. Bake in 8 x 8-inch oiled pan at 350° for 25 minutes.
