- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. cooking oil
- 2 c. pumpkin (cooked or canned)
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. cloves
Directions

1Place dry ingredients into bowl; add remaining ingredients and mix well.

2Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.

3Place pecan halves (4) on top of small loaf pan.

4Makes 5 small loaves.

5Bake at 325° for approximately 50 minutes or until baked.

6Cool in pans for 10 minutes before removing from pans.
