  • 2 1/3 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. canned pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. raisins

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Grease a 9 x 5-inch pan.

    In a large bowl mix baking mix, sugar, pumpkin, eggs, oil, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.

    Stir until moistened.

    Stir in raisins.

    Pour into pan. Bake 45 to 55 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

    Remove pan to wire rack for 15 minutes.

    Remove bread from pan to cool. Store at room temperature or refrigerate.

    Keep wrapped in plastic.
