- 5 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 14 teaspoons salt
- 1 12 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 12 teaspoons nutmeg
- 1 12 cups oil
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup water
- 3 cups pumpkin
- 4 12 cups sugar
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Pour into buttered loaf pans.

3Bake at 350 for 40-60 minutes.

4Note: 3 Cups of pumpkin = 1 large can of pumpkin.

5I like to use 4 C unbleached all purpose flour and 1 C whole wheat flour.

6It just makes it a little bit healthier and doesn't change the texture of the bread.

7I always use a small portion of whole wheat flour in all of my baking.
