Ingredients

  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. cooking oil
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Sift dry ingredients; set aside.

    Beat eggs; add oil, sugar and pumpkin.

    Add to dry mixture, beating in well.

    Stir in pecans.

    Bake in 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan in preheated 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
