- 1 lb firm French bread
- 2 cups half-and-half (half milk, half cream)
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 15 ounces pumpkin pie filling (seasoned)
- 12 cup raisins
- 12 cup pecans
- whipped cream
Directions

1Lightly grease a medium casserole dish.

2Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.

3Tear the bread into medium pieces.

4Add to a mixing bowl.

6In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
