- 3 1/2 c. cooked or canned pumpkin
- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 (1 3/4 oz.) pkg. powdered fruit pectin
- 4 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1In a large saucepan, combine pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and pectin; mix well.

2Stirring constantly, bring mixture to a boil. Quickly add the sugar.

3When the mixture returns to a boil, cook for 1minute.

4Remove from heat; skim off any foam.

5Ladle hot into jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace.

6Adjust lids.

7Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.

8Yield: about 3 pints.
