  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1/2 box powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix sugar with oil; add eggs.

    Sift flour with salt, soda and cinnamon; add to sugar, oil and eggs.

    Add pumpkin.

    Mix well. Pour into greased and floured pan.

    Bake for one hour at 350°. Cool.

    Mix oleo, powdered sugar, cream cheese and vanilla.

    Put icing on cake.

    Put crushed pecans on top of cake.

    This recipe will serve 10 people.
