  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. butter or Wesson oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 2 c. cooked pumpkin

Directions

    Mix flour, baking powder, allspice, cinnamon, soda and salt. Set aside.

    Cream the sugar, oil, eggs (one at a time) and pumpkin.
  3. 3
    Mix well all the ingredients. Bake in waxed paper lined pans at 350° until done.
