- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1 c. fresh pumpkin puree
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. walnuts
- 3/4 c. raisins
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

2Beat in eggs and vanilla.

3Sift flour with baking soda, baking powder and spices. Stir into butter mixture alternately with pumpkin, ending with flour.

4Stir in milk, walnuts and raisins.

5Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan.

6Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.

7Cool in pan 30 minutes, then turn out onto a cake rack to finish cooling.
