- 29 oz. can pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 1 tall can evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 box pound cake
- 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Directions

1Mix above together and then add 1 box of pound cake, then add 1 cup of chopped nuts.

2Spray long pan with Pam spray.

3Pour into long pan and cook for 1 hour at 350°.

4Cake is done when it cracks open.

5Do not overcook; refrigerate overnight.
