- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 3/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

1In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and spices; set aside.

2In large bowl, beat eggs thoroughly and add sugar. Continue to beat until eggs are lemon colored and fluffy. Gradually add the oil, pumpkin and vanilla, beating well after each addition.

3At low speed, gradually beat in flour mixture, beating only until flour is moistened.

4Pour into greased Bundt pan and bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes.
