- 4 eggs
- 1 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 c. canned pumpkin
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a large bowl, beat eggs until frothy; add sugar, pumpkin, oil, pie spice and vanilla.

3Beat until well blended.

4Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nuts; mix gently to combine.

5Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until cake is golden brown.

7Cool one hour before frosting.
