  • 1/3 c. water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pkg. honey spice cake mix
  • 1 can pumpkin (1 lb. or 2 c.)
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 c. raisins (optional)

Directions

    Beat all ingredients, except walnuts and raisins, 30 seconds on low speed.

    Then beat 4 minutes at medium speed.

    Fold in walnuts and raisins.

    Grease and flour cake pans.

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
