- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. pumpkin
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Stir sugar and oil together in large bowl, then stir in canned pumpkin.

2Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.

3Using slow speed on mixer, add dry ingredients alternately with the eggs.

4Pour batter into greased and floured tube pan.

5Bake in 325°

6oven for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes.
