- 400 g pumpkin puree (baked)
- 150 g coconut cream or 150 thick milk
- 50 ml heavy cream
- honey (optional)
- fresh ginger (optional)
Directions

1Make a pumpkin puree, add the honey and the fresh grinned ginger.

2Beat the heavy cream to a thick cream and add it to the pumpkin puree.

3Whisk gently.

4Put the cream into the serving cups.

5Whisk the coconut cream / milk and add it on the top of the pumpkin cream.

6Serve well cooled.
