Pumpkin Coconut Mousse

  • 400 g pumpkin puree (baked)
  • 150 g coconut cream or 150 thick milk
  • 50 ml heavy cream
  • honey (optional)
  • fresh ginger (optional)

Directions

    Make a pumpkin puree, add the honey and the fresh grinned ginger.

    Beat the heavy cream to a thick cream and add it to the pumpkin puree.

    Whisk gently.

    Put the cream into the serving cups.

    Whisk the coconut cream / milk and add it on the top of the pumpkin cream.

    Serve well cooled.
