- 16 oz. can pumpkin
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 12 oz. can evaporated milk
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 16 oz. whipped topping
Directions

1Mix pumpkin, sugar, eggs, milk, cinnamon and salt together. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top of mixture, then sprinkle nuts over cake mix.

2Pour melted butter over nuts.

3Bake 1 hour at 350° or until golden brown.

4Let cool. Cover with whipped topping, if you wish.
