- 1 c. cooked pumpkin
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of ginger
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Mix pumpkin with eggs, sugar, salt and spices.

2Stir in milk. Pour into custard cups.

3Set cups in shallow pan of hot water to 2/3 of sides.

4Bake at 225° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until firm.
