  • 1 c. cooked pumpkin
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Mix pumpkin with eggs, sugar, salt and spices.

    Stir in milk. Pour into custard cups.

    Set cups in shallow pan of hot water to 2/3 of sides.

    Bake at 225° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until firm.
