- pumpkin puri 29 oz, 822 grams
- 2 cups ghee
- 3 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup cashew nuts
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
Directions

1Roast the cashews in ghee until it becomes golden brown.

2In a pan, heat 1/2 cup ghee, add the pumpkin puri to it and stir well in low flame till the raw flavor is gone(approx 15 min).

3Add the sugar, mix well.

4Add ghee to the mixture and continue stirring,and cook until the ghee oozes out and floats on top. This will take another 15 min.

5Add the roasted cashews and cardamom powder mix well and leave it for 5 minutes.

6Serve hot.
