Pumpkin Mousse Pie

  • 1 pkg. instant sugar-free vanilla pudding
  • 3/4 c. nonfat skim milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • pinch of cloves
  • pinch of ginger
  • 1 (8 oz.) tub lite Cool Whip
  • 1 cooked pie shell of choice

Directions

    Blend all ingredients in large bowl.

    Spread in shell and use bottom of spoon to make tips on pie.

    Chill at least 5 hours or overnight.

    Top with cinnamon, walnuts or carob chips.
