- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2/3 c. chopped nuts
- 2/3 c. oleo
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 1/3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cream together sugar and oleo.

2Add eggs, water and pumpkin. Mix dry ingredients and add to egg mixture; mix well.

3Add nuts. Grease 2 small loaf pans and fill 1/2 full.

4Bake at 250° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

5Baking at a low temperature keeps bread moist.
