  • 1 cup vegetable oil

  • 4 eggs
  • 16 ounces pumpkin, pureed
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon clove
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup currants
