  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (2 c.)
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk (sweetened, not evaporated)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour into pastry shell.

    Bake 15 minutes then reduce oven to 350° and bake 35 to 40 minutes longer or until knife comes out clean.
