  • 1 3/4 c. cooked pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 3/4 c. canned milk
  • 3 large eggs or 4 small ones
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. white sugar to fill cup
  • cinnamon, use as much as you like
  • nutmeg, use as much as you like

Directions

    Mix well and pour into pie crust and bake at 425° for 15 minutes and then 325° for 40 to 50 minutes.

    Stick a sharp pointed knife in center to see if done.
