- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. cooked pumpkin
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 c. diluted Milnot
- 1/2 c. nutmeats (optional)
Directions

1Mix the sugar, flour, salt and spices together and stir into pumpkin.

2Add diluted Milnot and eggs.

3Add nuts at this point if you are using them.

4Pour into pie shell and bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

5Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking for another 20 to 25 minutes or until filling is firm.

6Garnish with whipped Milnot topping.
