- 9-inch single crust pastry
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 16 oz. can (2 c.) canned or cooked pumpkin
- 13 oz. can evaporated milk
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Prepare pastry.

3In a large bowl, beat eggs slightly.

4Add remaining ingredients and blend well.

5Pour into pastry lined pie pan.

6Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.

7Reduce oven temperature to 350° and bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

8Cool.

9Serve plain or with whipped cream.
