  • 2 c. cooked pumpkin
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 (13 oz.) can condensed milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger

Directions

    Mix thoroughly the wet ingredients; then stir in the dry items.

    Pour into a 9-inch pie shell, the edge of which has been fluted high.

    Bake at 450° for 15 minutes; then reduce the heat to 350° and continue to bake for 45 minutes or until pie passes the clean knife test.
