- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Beat eggs slightly with hand beater or wire whisk in medium bowl.

3Beat in remaining ingredients.

4Place pie plate on cookie sheet to prevent spills.

5Pour filling into pie plate.

6Bake for 15 minutes.

7Reduce oven temperature to 350°. Bake for about 45 minutes longer or until done.

8Cool. Refrigerate for about 4 hours or until chilled.

9Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
