  • 1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
  • 2 c. pumpkin (16 oz. can)
  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon

    In a large bowl, blend together all ingredients; pour into pie shell.

    Bake at 375° for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
