  • 1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves

    Thoroughly blend all ingredients and pour into two 9-inch unbaked pie shells.

    Bake at 450° for 20 minutes, then at 350° for 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
